| A: | State-of-the-art On Hold equipment can be ordered from ICI and shipped within 3-4 business days. If your current phone system is already equipped with Message On Hold application no extra equipment will be needed. |

| Q: | Do I have to write my own scripts? |

Once the script is completed it is sent to you for approval. Of course if you wish to write your own scripts please, let us know and we'll simply put on the final touches. |
| Q: | How long is the message? |
| A: | Typically your on hold message program is 4 minutes in length. This includes 6 - 8 spots with background music that you choose. |
